📋 Description

• Support senior consultants in the delivery of Executive Compensation and Rewards consulting
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support consulting recommendations and strategic
• Consolidate, organize, process, and analyze large datasets to generate relevant insights
• Prepare executive reports, presentations, dashboards, and supporting materials for client meetings
• Conduct market studies, compensation benchmarks, and remuneration analyses to support client
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for consultants and clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Human Resources
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Compensation, Executive Compensation, Rewards, HR
• Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to work with large volumes of data and translate
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, or comparable data and
• Genuine interest in technology, artificial intelligence, and emerging applications of AI within HR
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic
