Analista de Emissão de Notas Fiscais (Suporte ao Cliente)

📋 Description

• Assist users with fiscal document issuance including NF-e, NFS-e, NFC-e
• Support invoicing and accounting/ERP integrations
• Guide users through fiscal processes with clear explanations
• Investigate issues and collaborate with teams for timely solutions
• Maintain records and contribute feedback to improve service
• Provide customer support across digital channels

🎯 Requirements

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of NF-e/NFS-e/NFC-e issuance
• Understanding of tax regulations for electronic invoices
• Knowledge of ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS taxes
• Experience with invoice issuance systems or fiscal/accounting ERPs
• Experience supporting customers via chat, WhatsApp, email
• Degree in Accounting or related field (completed or in progress)
