• Operate and maintain the corporate IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, stability, and
• Monitor and respond to events, alerts, and infrastructure incidents using tools such as Zabbix.
• Perform initial investigation and response to information security incidents, escalating issues
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows and Linux environments.
• Manage Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments, including identity and access-related activities.
• Operate corporate networks and troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and infrastructure issues

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in IT infrastructure, advanced technical support, or similar corporate
• Practical knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Solid understanding of data networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools, particularly Zabbix.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
• Practical experience with operational information security tools and processes.
