📋 Description

• Support cloud operations teams in managing and sustaining customer environments across AWS, Azure
• Receive, analyze, and respond to incidents and monitoring alerts with initial troubleshooting.
• Take ownership of requests from contact to resolution or escalation with proactive updates.
• Communicate with customers throughout the support lifecycle, documenting actions and results.
• Follow knowledge bases, playbooks, and vendor guidelines for procedures.
• Analyze alerts, validate impacts, and perform predefined corrective actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education completed or in progress.
• Basic ITIL concepts and experience in customer service or IT operations.
• Basic English or Spanish for reading/writing/communication.
• Basic Linux/Windows OS understanding.
• Familiarity with cloud concepts and services (Load Balancer, CDN, Auto Scaling, Kubernetes, cloud
• Public cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP).
