• Define and evolve the strategy for PIX products, connecting customers to payments and financial
• Translate market demands and customer needs into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
• Manage quarterly and annual product roadmaps with stakeholder alignment.
• Track progress of initiatives and maintain product lifecycle alignment.
• Establish and monitor product KPIs to guide decisions.
• Conduct analyses using Databricks to convert data into insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in product management or analysis, preferably fintech/payments/banking.
• Strong product vision focused on customer value, business impact, and feasibility.
• Experience managing quarterly/annual roadmaps with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical abilities, KPI definitions, and data-driven recommendations.
• Experience with analytics environments such as Databricks is highly relevant.
• Understanding of PIX, payment products, banking integrations, and Brazilian fintech ecosystem is
