📋 Description

• Plan, design, and execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce-based systems and
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Robot Framework and API automation tools.
• Perform manual testing within Salesforce, validating integrations, workflows, and critical business
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, contributing to product evolution and quality improvement.
• Prepare and manage test data with different teams to ensure realistic testing scenarios.
• Register, track, and manage bugs and improvement requests using Jira.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a QA professional with manual and automated testing activities.
• Knowledge of Salesforce testing and validation processes.
• Experience with API automation using REST, SOAP, or similar technologies.
• Experience developing and maintaining automation scripts with Robot Framework.
• Familiarity with Jira for task management and defect tracking.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
