• The professional will be responsible for managing and evolving corporate systems and processes
• Manage, configure, and enhance platforms for demand management, project management, portfolio
• Support the evolution of operational processes, workflows, and service models, identifying
• Monitor performance indicators, dashboards, and metrics to support decision-making and continuous
• Manage the lifecycle of assigned solutions, evaluating new functionalities, improvements, and
• Act as a focal point between internal teams, technology partners, and suppliers, ensuring quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information
• Experience managing IT demands, processes, projects, products, and technology governance
• Hands-on experience administering, configuring, and customizing corporate management platforms
• Experience building and monitoring dashboards, performance indicators, and operational metrics.
• Experience managing relationships with technology suppliers, business stakeholders, and
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management practices, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean
