📋 Description

• Mid-level Systems Analyst focused on technology, integrations, and customer needs in a fully remote
• Ensure integrations with external systems remain reliable, scalable, and aligned with business
• Investigate and resolve complex issues across databases, APIs, logs, and observability tools.
• Contribute to integration projects, customizations, testing, documentation, and ERP migrations.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to drive effective solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Management, or related field.
• Experience debugging and interpreting JSON logs; investigate issues across systems.
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows OS, process management, software installation, remote access.
• Strong SQL and NoSQL knowledge; ability to create/interpret queries.
• Understanding of APIs and Web Services; tools like JIRA, Postman, MongoDB, Grafana or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; English is an advantage.
