📋 Description

• Execute the activation, configuration, testing, and deployment of infrastructure hardware and
• Validate connectivity before stores begin operations to ensure standards are met.
• Monitor activation schedules and coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Track implementation progress, escalate schedule deviations and technical risks.
• Provide N2 technical support for the retail infrastructure environment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical degree completed or higher in IT fields.
• Experience in tech support or basic infrastructure and network admin.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Practical experience configuring Windows client and server environments.
• Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Strong organization and attention to detail; good communication skills.
