📋 Description

• Act as a scientific field advisor, supporting clients in the pre-analytical phase of lab processes.
• Provide online and in-person training sessions to customers.
• Monitor customer performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop/improve routine processes to reduce errors and boost efficiency.
• Build relationships with healthcare partners via technical support and engagement.
• Conduct customer visits across Bahia and Sergipe with guidance and follow-up.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences or Biochemical Pharmacy.
• Willingness to travel and support across the assigned region.
• Experience in technical laboratory areas, pre-analytical processes, or scientific consulting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with relationship-building ability.
• Proactive with analytical thinking and continuous improvement focus.
