Analyst - FP&A

📋 Description

• Senior FP&A analyst to support strategic decision-making in Global Finance Operations.
• Deliver accurate financial analysis, forecasting, and performance insights.
• Collaborate with regional FP&A Leader and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards; ensure data integrity.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field; Master's or CFA/CPA preferred.
• 7 years of FP&A experience, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial results into actionable insights.
• Advanced financial modelling skills; proficient in Excel; experience with ERP systems.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of effective communication with stakeholders.
• Leadership, initiative, and ability to work independently or in a team.
