Analyst - Payroll

📋 Description

• Process payroll bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly on time
• Validate inputs: new hires, terminations, salary updates, bonuses, deductions
• Review timesheets and attendance with HR/ops
• Perform payroll reconciliations, variance analysis, final validation
• Coordinate with HR/Finance and external payroll providers
• Generate payroll and funding reports, dashboards, and docs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years end-to-end payroll processing; US payroll ops
• Experience managing multi-country payroll: benefits, tax, HR ops, time systems
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, compliance, controls
• Experience with ADP EV5, Global View, SAP, Workday, or ServiceNow
• Data analysis, issue resolution, payroll reporting
