Analyst, Portfolio Oversight

📋 Description

• Portfolio Oversight: understand CIM strategy and asset-level analyses.
• Acquisition analysis: participate in weekly pipeline and deal screenings.
• Assess acquisitions by sector, geography, and leverage impact.
• Review underwriting models and investment memos.
• Portfolio composition: maintain target allocations and risk monitoring.
• Reporting and fundraising: support investor materials and fundraising efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years' experience in Infrastructure or Investment Banking or related field.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
• Familiarity with financial statements: income statement, balance sheet, cash flow.
• Willing to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.
• Ability to synthesize information and present findings.
• Ability to leverage AI to optimize daily work.
