• Investigate quality issues and monitor operational data to identify unusual patterns affecting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage requests and escalations while providing
• Contribute to quality programs, product improvements, and internal documentation.
• Support and drive quality programs involving stakeholders across teams and geographies.
• Maintain and update product and process documentation and internal knowledge resources.
• Analyze datasets, identify trends, and prepare clear reports and insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in the market research services industry is preferred.
• Experience with market research data checks, validation, or related quality-control activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, filtering, formulas, data manipulation).
• Experience with data cleansing such as de-duplication and handling large files.
• Strong ability to communicate data findings clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder collaboration skills; proactive and curious mindset.
