🎯 Requirements

1-2 years in a data analyst or consultant role; contact center or health care experience a plus.
Advanced SQL expertise (joins, CTEs, window functions, complex aggregations).
Experience with large-scale data platforms such as Databricks, Azure Synapse, or Snowflake.
Experience with BI/reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Comfort with ambiguous business questions and independently selecting analytical approaches.
