Analytics Engineer

📋 Description

• Own data foundations for GTM teams: build reliable models, shape metrics, power automation, and
• Partner with Sales and CS on data and reporting needs; translate business questions into structured
• Build and maintain data warehouse models serving as the source of truth for product usage and GTM
• Model CRM, usage, and billing data to power automation, enrichment, lead definitions, and GTM
• Design metrics, dashboards, and data UIs for GTM leadership and teams to access data.
• Improve documentation, observability, governance, and data best practices; contribute to

🎯 Requirements

• Strong SQL and analytical data modeling skills (dbt or SQLMesh preferred).
• Experience with ELT/ETL workflows and cloud warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks).
• Comfort with Python for automation and light data engineering.
• Experience with dashboards, BI tools, and self-serve analytics.
• Clear communication, collaboration, and comfort working in ambiguity.
• Nice to have: AI/LLM products, instrumentation, experimentation, or early-stage startup experience.
