Analytics Lead, Safety Reporting

📋 Description

• Own the analytical integrity of safety data at Lyft. Define inclusion criteria and reconciliation
• Serve as primary data liaison to external auditors, ensuring clarity and quality of safety data
• Maintain documentation standards across reporting cycles and compliance requirements.
• Lead end-to-end publication cycle: definitions freeze, data lock, QA, leadership review, sign-off.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Business Ops, Legal, and Policy to turn
• Develop scalable frameworks to drive decision-making and prioritization.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on analytics, including 2+ years in trust and safety domain.
• Proven ability to translate unstructured problems into clearly defined requirements with minimal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to move between detailed data and business
• Exceptional communication skills to present findings and recommendations to varied audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across functions; ability to work
• Degree in quantitative field; advanced degrees preferred. Proficiency in SQL and Python.
