Analytics Manager – Business Consulting

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end analytics engagements from problem framing to delivery support.
• Clarify business challenges with client stakeholders and structure analytics approaches.
• Translate business needs into analytics opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Develop clear, executive-ready recommendations and narratives.
• Facilitate workshops to align priorities and shape solution direction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Presales, Product and Analytics teams on opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field (Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/etc.).
• Experience in analytics or business consulting in financial services or data-driven environments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with technical teams and translate analytics to business impact.
• Experience in lending, credit, risk, decisioning or financial services preferred.
• Practical experience with SQL, Python, R or SAS is a plus.
