Anaplan Model Builder

📋 Description

• Partner with Sales Compensation leadership to design and launch the ICM model in Anaplan.
• Own day-to-day maintenance and enhancements of the ICM model during payroll cycles and plan changes.
• Support the Anaplan COE with maintenance across existing models, including reporting, workforce planning, and quota management.
• Maintain documentation of architecture and functionality for models.
• Primary Anaplan contact for Sales Compensation; translate rules into updates and share timelines.
• Remote role.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or related field.
• 1–3 years of Anaplan modeling experience.
• Anaplan Certified Model Builder or active pursuit within 90 days of hire.
• Knowledge of ADO, Polaris and Anaplan Workflow a plus.
• Familiarity with sales compensation concepts and RevOps/FP&A exposure.
• Strong analytical background with data-driven problem solving.
