Anaplan Support Analyst

📋 Description

• Manage change requests across Anaplan models
• Support model building and testing with FP&A team
• Deliver training and documentation for end users
• Maintain data integrity and user access
• Troubleshoot issues and optimise models
• Collaborate with CoE and Lead Solutions Architect

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on Anaplan experience; Level 2 certification desirable
• Experience handling change requests and user tickets
• Knowledge of Anaplan architecture and formulas
• Strong training and facilitation skills
• Finance/FP&A domain understanding helpful
• Interest in AI tooling and process improvement
