ANL - Sr. Bank Reconciliation Analyst

📋 Description

• Oversee bank reconciliations for custodial and clearing accounts.
• Perform reconciliations and resolve reconciling items per SLAs.
• Ensure GAAP, SOX controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor timelines, investigate discrepancies, fix issues.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, IT, and vendors to resolve issues.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; BA in Finance/Accounting preferred.
• At least 2 years in payments, disbursements, P&I, TAX/TI, and bank reconciliations in mortgage
• Strong reconciliation principles and regulatory know-how.
• Advanced Excel; experience with Monarch, Datawatch, MSP Passport a plus.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environment.
