Process post-issue annuity transactions and policy servicing requests
Perform financial adjustments, payment corrections, and check reissues
Research complex policy inquiries and resolve servicing issues
Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
Maintain detailed audit-ready documentation in policy systems
Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Legal and other units to

Experience in financial services, insurance, annuities or related operations
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Analytical, research and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

🎁 Benefits

Base salary range: $45,000 to $60,000
