AP Accountant (Parental Leave Cover)

📋 Description

• Handle accounts payable processes and support data-driven finance operations
• Process and review purchase invoices, card transactions, and expense reports for approval
• Maintain expense management tools and ensure accurate cost allocation
• Prepare and process bank payments; assist with month-end close
• Reconcile bank and accounts periodically; assist with ad-hoc accounting duties
• Support Estonian operations and provide cross-region support (US, Spain, UK)

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in finance/accounting (or final-year accounting student)
• Fluency in Estonian and English with strong communication skills
• Understanding of accounting rules and regulations
• Detail-oriented with good generalization skills
• Can-do attitude with ability to prioritize and deliver
• Collaborative yet able to work independently
