📋 Description

• Provide excellent service to residents and team members.
• Turn apartments to ready-for-move-in condition.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Assist with vendor quality and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Work with a variety of mechanical systems as needed.
• Care for residents with a focus on timely resolutions.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in two or more trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Flexible schedule; evenings/weekends may be required.
• Reliable transportation for after-hours on-call.
• Comfort with physical activity and moving heavy gear.
• English reading/writing speaking essential.
