Lead and develop a team of at least 2 direct reports
Provide exemplary service to residents and team members
Responsible for the property budget, increasing revenue, and goals
Manage leasing and maintenance teams, leasing activities, revenue growth, resident satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

At least 4 years in sales, customer service, and asset management in property management or similar
At least 2 years in a leadership role in property management
2-4 years leading a sales/customer service team
Proven leader with mentoring/coaching abilities
Foundational understanding of financials and budgets
Knowledge of Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce or similar PM systems
