• Use AIR’s technology to manage maintenance tasks and resident requests
• Perform apartment turns and resolve service requests daily

• Support vendor interactions and inspections per community needs

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Proficient in two or more trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, etc.)
• Flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends and on-call shifts
• Reliable transportation and ability to move heavy equipment
• English literacy required
