📋 Description

Onsite maintenance technician for Villages at McCullers Walk, Raleigh, NC
Maintain apartments and resolve service requests daily
Use AIR’s tech tools to prioritize and complete tasks
Turn units for move-ins and ensure residents feel at home
Collaborate with teammates and leadership to support residents

🎯 Requirements

At least 2 years of maintenance experience
Proficient in two trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, etc.)
Flexible schedule with evenings/weekends/on-call shifts
Reliable transportation to respond to emergencies
Ability to lift heavy equipment; good English literacy
