• On-site maintenance at Sands Parc in Daytona Beach, FL.
• Maintain apartments and assist residents daily using AIR’s tech tools.
• Handle basic turns to prep units for new residents.
• Respond to service requests and perform repairs as directed.
• May guide other techs and help train peers as needed.
