📋 Description

• The Service Technician performs hands-on maintenance to maintain and enhance community value
• Handles resident service requests and makes vacant apartment homes market-ready.
• Maintains a clean and safe community per curb appeal standards.
• Completes make-ready process for leasing/new move-ins and coordinates with vendors as needed.
• Manages materials, tools, and inventory; follows safety and code requirements.
• Rotating after-hours emergency on-call per guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of residential maintenance experience including work orders and make-ready turns.
• Basic to moderate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills.
• EPA Universal is required
• CPO is required
• Valid driver’s license is required.
