Apartment Service Technician

📋 Description

• Maintain apartments by performing minor repairs and supporting routine maintenance and capital
• Respond to work orders with a focus on first-time resolution and resident satisfaction.
• Walk the property daily to inspect grounds and buildings, remove trash/debris, and prepare units
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager on timelines and project progress.
• Adhere to safety policies, Fair Housing laws, and on-site safety procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• HVAC Type I and Type II/EPA Universal Certification is required.
• General knowledge of plumbing, drywall, painting, carpentry, appliance repair, and minor electrical
• Experience in luxury apartment communities preferred; strong customer service skills.
• Ability to respond to after-hours or weekend emergencies.
• High school diploma; technical training preferred but not required.
