Apartment Service Technician (HVAC/EPA Certified)

📋 Description

• Resolve work orders; perform minor repairs in apartments
• Support Lead Maintenance Technician and Community Manager
• Work 8am-5pm, Sun-Thu; on-call rotation with stipends
• Maintain safety policies and comply with laws
• Assist with routine maintenance and capital projects onsite
• Provide courteous, professional resident service

🎯 Requirements

• HVAC Type I and EPA Universal Certification required
• Experience with plumbing, painting, carpentry, appliance repair
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• High school diploma; tech school preferred
• Ability to handle after-hours/weekend emergencies
• Experience in luxury apartment communities is a plus
