APEX Manager, Field Tools & Analytics - Psych & Migraine

📋 Description

• Manage field tools across Psych and Migraine franchises (iRep, Sypher, CURO, GenAIsys, IC Universe
• Resolve production issues with data investigations and governance
• Lead new functionality launches, enhancements, and requirements gathering
• Coordinate UAT, training, and user guides
• Collaborate with Center function/Technology to deliver reporting tools
• Own KPI library, definitions, data sources, and data consistency

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS or Business degree required
• 5+ years in Sales Ops, Analytics, Finance, or Life Sciences related areas
• 2-3 years of APEX/MABI or Data Science experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; coding experience preferred (SAS, SQL, R, Python)
• Strong communication and training delivery skills
• Experience with pharmaceutical data sources and field sales understanding preferred
