Lead and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and apprentices
Oversee API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) manufacturing unit support
Develop budgets and liaise with production; ensure policy compliance

🎯 Requirements

Degree (Level 7+) in chemical engineering or Chemistry
8-10 years pharma experience; 2+ years as Engineering Supervisor/Manager
Experience in active pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities
Experience with glass-lined vessels, reactors, pumps, heat exchangers, ATEX, solvent handling
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
