App Developer Senior Manager

📋 Description

• Lead app strategy, roadmap, and development plans.
• Oversee end-to-end app lifecycle from design to launch.
• Define architecture and tech stack (Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, RN).
• Ensure app security and regulatory compliance for digital assets.
• Build and manage the app development team; set OKRs and training.
• Coordinate with product, trading, and compliance teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in mobile app development and management; 3+ years leading teams; fintech/digital assets preferred.
• Proficient in Swift (iOS) or Kotlin/Java (Android); cross-platform Flutter/React Native.
• Familiar with app architecture, performance, security, and interfaces.
• App store release rules and compliance; experience with digital currency trading apps is a plus.
• Proficient in Agile (Scrum/Kanban); Jira/Trello; Git/SVN.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Software Eng; certifications (PMP/CKAD/CKA) preferred.
