Application Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead implementation and adoption of Black Duck solutions for customers.
• Help customers integrate application security into their SDLC and DevSecOps practices.
• Design practical implementation approaches for security, quality, and compliance needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery to ensure timely value realization.
• Collaborate with customers to align on goals, progress, and next steps.

• Understanding of application security concepts and secure development practices.
• Hands-on experience with languages like Python; strong scripting skills (Bash/PowerShell) are a
• Experience with DevOps tooling, CI/CD workflows, and SDLC integration.
• Hands-on software development experience in languages such as Java, C/C++, C# (or equivalent).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and container technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong communication skills; willing to collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams.
