📋 Description

• Own the application security strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee end-to-end security across requirements, design, dev, testing, and ops.
• Identify and mitigate risks in core digital currency trading and payment systems.
• Lead SDLC security, vulnerability management, code reviews, and penetration testing.
• Build and manage a high-performance security team; ensure regulatory compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in application security; 3+ years in senior management; fintech/crypto preferred.
• Proficient in security code review, penetration testing, vulnerability research, SDLC security, and monitoring.
• OWASP Top 10 familiarity; strong vulnerability discovery and remediation.
• Proficient in Java, Python, or Go; able to customize pentest tools.
• Familiar with SAST/DAST/IAST and vulnerability scanners; lead tool usage.
• Understanding of FATF, MiCA, ISO 27001, PCI DSS for digital assets and payments.
