Build, analyze, and monitor Power BI dashboards for data ingestion and validation
Use SQL for data queries and data integrity checks
Monitor applications for the ANZ team from an App Support perspective
Track email alerts for file processing and data integrity discrepancies
Contribute to SOPs for Finance & Payment Operations
Troubleshoot production issues and perform incident/root-cause analysis

🎯 Requirements

2-4 years in Application Support with DB monitoring; payments industry a plus
Strong communication and business/technical understanding
Experience with REST APIs
Experience with Postman, SOAPUI
Strong T-SQL skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; ability to manage priorities
