Application Support Analyst

📋 Description

• Support and maintain critical OT systems (NMS/SCADA) ensuring availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot complex application, integration, and OT issues.
• Develop and maintain interfaces between OT systems, ESB, and third parties.
• Enhance NMS reporting to meet operational and business needs.
• Perform data maintenance across OT environments.
• Deliver enhancement projects for existing OT systems and coordinate with vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years post-graduate experience in CS/IS or related field.
• Proven ability to support mission-critical IT/OT systems with high availability.
• Excellent Unix/Linux admin and shell scripting (Bash, KSH).
• Strong SQL querying, database analysis, and PL/SQL.
• Experience in Python programming.
• Experience developing and maintaining system integrations.
