Application Support Engineer (3–5 years exp.)

📋 Description

• Role involves Level 1 and Level 2 support for existing clients.
• Primary contact to identify, troubleshoot and provide resolutions to reported issues.
• Collaborate with R&D, replicate issues and communicate findings to engineers and QA for bug

🎯 Requirements

• Min Diploma in IT/CS/Computer Engineering.
• Preferably >1 year in IT industry managing large-scale applications support.
• Pro-active, customer-focused, and comfortable dealing with clients/vendors.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse groups.
• Energetic, motivated team player, able to work under tight timelines.
• Good interpersonal skills, resourceful, able to work independently.
