📋 Description

Provide technical application support, API support and network connectivity for Sales, business
End-to-end ownership of production incidents; collaborate with support teams to resolve issues
Own release activities, participate in audits and execute BCP drills per ITIL standards.
Monitor and automate alerts to maintain system stability and uptime; maintain knowledge base and
Identify process improvements and automate manual tasks to improve service levels.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years production support, preferably in Banking/Financial Services.
Unix commands, SQLs, Bash/Python scripting; FIX protocol and APIs experience required.
Strong Linux/Java-based system understanding; exposure to Cloud and DevOps tools.
Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Control-M, ITRS Geneos, Dynatrace or similar tools.
Service-oriented with strong incident handling and ITIL preferred.
Excellent English communication; able to interface with stakeholders.
