🎯 Requirements

  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related
  • At least 2 years of experience in Help Desk, technical support, system administration, application
  • Hands-on experience administering user accounts, access permissions, authentication, and security
  • Experience troubleshooting application access, authentication, account, and system-related
  • Working knowledge of incident management, escalation procedures, service restoration, and
  • Experience using ticketing systems and maintaining clear documentation of technical issues
