📋 Description

• Own end-to-end application architecture for ServiceNow-based case management.
• Design integration with signal ingestion, scoring, analytics, and decision-support layers.
• Define API and integration standards across service boundaries and versioning.
• Architect integrations using API gateway patterns and ESB-style orchestration.
• Guide teams on ServiceNow architecture, governance, and scalable design.
• Create adjudicator workflows with auditability, explainability, and human-in-the-loop support.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Top Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with 10–12 yrs (or higher) or 6 extra yrs experience in lieu.
• 7+ years of experience in application architecture.
• Strong ServiceNow platform architecture experience beyond config.
• Expertise in API and integration architecture (REST, event-driven, data contracts).
• Experience linking data architecture with application interfaces and workflows.
