Applications Development & Technical Lead

📋 Description

• Lead design, development, and O&M of TA tools and sites.
• Direct agile team; ensure FedRAMP and accessibility compliance.
• Partner with Product Owners and IT teams to modernize mission-critical systems.
• Oversee ServiceNow case management on FedRAMP GovCloud.
• Manage full SDLC with Agile ceremonies; coordinate with Product Owners.
• Ensure ATO, FedRAMP, and Zero Trust alignment with NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in CS/IS/Eng or equivalent.
• 8–10 years leading app dev and O&M; 3–5 in leadership.
• ServiceNow admin and CSM configuration.
• Drupal-based sites and supporting infra.
• AWS US Public Cloud and GovCloud; FedRAMP experience.
• Knowledge of FedRAMP, ATO, NIST SP 800-53, Zero Trust.
• Section 508 and USWDS; Agile/HCD practices.
