📋 Description

• Conduct stakeholder research across the GTM motion to map intelligence gaps and friction.
• Build and refine AI agents for the revenue lifecycle; ship solutions in real workflows.
• Stay embedded in regional rhythms: pipeline reviews, deal cycles, QBRs, renewals.
• Own the reliability and quality of the systems you ship; monitor adoption.
• Validate field signals and ensure intelligence flows back to improve agent outputs.
• Partner with Growth Eng, PMM, Solutions Consulting, and leadership for cross-functional grounding.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in a GTM role with direct involvement in the commercial motion at a B2B SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, automations that transformed workflows.
• Technical fluency: Python, APIs, integrations; ability to engage on integration architecture.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales workflows and GTM personas.
• Strong field credibility with executive-level customer engagement.
• Highly autonomous, self-directed, senior individual contributor.
