🎯 Requirements

6+ years in HR tech, people ops, or related transformation roles
Hands-on experience building AI agents, automations, or tools used in real work
Technical fluency to design agent architecture, govern MCPs, and evaluate system outputs
Proven track record taking solutions from problem ID to real adoption; upskilling others
Autonomous, self-directed senior individual contributor in an evolving domain
