🎯 Requirements

4+ years in software, data science, or ML engineering; 1+ year building LLM-powered agents in
Experience shipping production RAG systems with grounding and retrieval quality.
Strong Python; comfort with TypeScript for UI surfaces; SQL on columnar stores.
Hands-on with LangGraph or Anthropic Agent SDK / MCP; experience with agent orchestration.
Production ML lifecycle ownership: training, serving, monitoring, retraining; anomaly detection.
Experience with analytics tech: SQL, ClickHouse; streaming: Kafka/MSK.
