• Shipped LLM-, agent-, or AI-assisted product experiences in production.
• Strong software engineer across backend, product, data, and evals.
• Think in terms of user outcomes and system behavior.
• Good product sense for interface/workflow collaboration with models.
• Enjoy debugging real-world failures and turning learnings into durable improvements.
• Able to own ambiguous problems end-to-end across system boundaries.
