Applied AI Engineer, Enterprise

📋 Description

• Guide Germany’s largest businesses to deploy Claude into operations, products, and ways of working.
• Act as Claude Platform specialist and trusted advisor for customers’ engineering teams and
• Lead architecture discussions, evaluation, and proof of value across multi-quarter engagements.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Account Executives and Applied AI Architects to move customers from
• Deliver executive workshops and enablement sessions; navigate security, compliance, data residency

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent German, written and spoken, with day-to-day work with German executives and
• 6+ years in Software Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Forward Deployed Engineering, or
• Experience in pre-sales or technical advisory for large enterprises, ideally in Germany, with
• Ability to build business cases, quantify impact, and present to senior decision makers.
• Comfort presenting to C-level/VP stakeholders and owning the technical win in enterprise deals.
• Production experience with LLM-powered applications, including prompting, context engineering, and
