📋 Description

• Own the production improvement loop for agent behavior and outcomes.
• Instrument agent workflows to capture model interactions, tool use, and outcomes.
• Define quality standards, evaluation datasets, regression coverage, and monitoring.
• Investigate why agents underperform across context, knowledge, or workflow design.
• Design and ship behavior improvements: prompting, context, decision logic, and tool use.
• Build backend services, APIs, data models, and feedback pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of software, backend, applied AI, or product-engineering experience.
• Experience building AI agents or model-driven workflows with production traffic.
• Experience diagnosing and improving agent behavior using production signals and feedback.
• Practical experience with evaluation design, regression testing, and online quality signals.
• Strong backend skills in Python, APIs, data pipelines, and production services.
• Strong product judgment and ability to connect tech changes to customer outcomes.
