📋 Description

• Scale modular tools, intelligent workflows, and production-grade RAG systems for internal
• Build integrations, lightweight scripting, reusable automation components, or custom AI agents.
• Mature AI proofs-of-concept into reliable production systems with TDD, CI/CD automation, and
• Establish monitoring, logging, and observability standards for high uptime and reliability.
• Collaborate with internal AI Champions across departments to create reusable automation

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience turning AI ideas into scalable production systems and automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform), and production-grade
• Strong scripting and systems integration skills; ability to design modular automation blocks.
• Familiarity with RAG workflows and building AI-driven automation for enterprise use.
• Ability to work in an agile environment with a focus on engineering rigor and measurable impact.
